`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Sonos respectfully requests an oral hearing,
`
`on the instituted grounds of unpatentability and all other issues presented in the
`
`pleadings (including, but not limited to, Implicit’s swear-behind defense and the
`
`motions to exclude). The Board has already scheduled an oral hearing for this
`
`proceeding for June 17, 2019. Paper 7, at 8.
`
`Sonos has also requested an oral hearing in the co-pending, related proceeding
`
`IPR2018-00766 (U.S. Pat. No. 7,391,791). Given the overlap in issues between both
`
`proceedings, Sonos proposes that the parties each be allotted 30 minutes for each
`
`patent (i.e., 60 minutes total per side in a combined hearing).
`
`To accommodate lead counsel, back-up counsel, and other anticipated
`
`attendees, Sonos respectfully requests six spaces to be reserved at the oral hearing.
