`2. DOCUMENT PREPARATION

`Word files shall be named mXXXXXdoc where XXXXX is the 5 digit number assigned when you
`registered your document.

`A template with the standard header (ISO header, source, title, ...) is available. It is named
`mxxxx.doc in the document list of each meeting .
`
`2.2. HTML (Optional)
`
`HTML files shall be named mXXXXX.htm where XXXXX is the 5 digit number assigned when
`you registered your document.
`
`Embedded GIF files shall be named mXXXXXygif where y is 1-9, a-z.
`
`Embedded JPEG files shall be named mXXXXXy.jpg where y is 1-9, a-z.
`
`HTML files will also be expanded and viewable on the Web site.
`
`You may also embed URLs in the HTML files to point to other information related to the
`contribution.
`
`3. DOCUMENT UPLOAD
`
`3.1. ZIP
`
`Use PKZIP (or WINZIP) to compress all files associated with one contribution.
`
`When MS Word and HTML files are zipped, they shall be named mXXXXX.zip where XXXXX is
`the 5 digit number assigned when you registered your document. You should zip them after you
`have virus checked them to be sure they do not contain any of the Word viruses some of which have
`been found to be destructive.
`
`Please ZIP the files regardless of their sizes.

`All ZIP files will be placed in the "<meeting_location>fcontrib" dir for retrieval on both the WG
`11 ftp and web sites, where <meeting_location> can be Antalya as for example.

`Any WG 11 members can retrieve MPEG and WG 11 documents from the ftp site
`(ftp.itsci.ipsi.or.ip) and web site (http:#wgll.sc29.orgg).

`All WG 11 participants are expected to download the documents they will need in WG 11 meeting
`prior the meeting.

`Documents can be downloaded three different ways. They are:
`
`1. From the WG 11 FTP site directly
`
`2. By clicking on “Browse Individual Documents on the WG 11 web site home page
`
`3. By clicking on the number range of documents (both “m” documents and WV” documents)
`in the Table ofDocuments on the WG 11 web site home page
`
`5. “"EB and FTPMAST ER
`
`Information regarding the Web and the FTP sites will be distributed via the WG 11 general reflector
`:11 peg _at_ itscj.ipsj.or.j p. The list of email addresses included in this reflector is ofthe
`responsibility of your HoD (Head of Delegation); this list will be updated at each MPEG meeting.

`Ifyou do not have access to the Web andfor FTP sites, please contact your HoD who will do his or
`her best to help you.
