`Granting Petitioner’s Motions for
`Admission Pro Hac Vice of Megan J. Redmond
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c)

`1 This order addresses issues that are the same in all identified proceedings.
`We exercise our discretion to issue one order to be filed in each proceeding.
`The parties are not authorized to use this style heading in subsequent papers.

`Petitioner submitted a motion in each of the above-identified
`
`proceedings for admission pro hac vice of Megan J. Redmond (collectively,
`“Motions”). Paper 8.2 The Motions are supported by Declarations of
`Ms. Redmond. Ex. 1020. Powers of Attorney were filed for Ms. Redmond.
`Paper 2, 2. In addition, Mandatory Notice information was submitted for
`Ms. Redmond. Paper 1, 72. Petitioner indicates the Patent Owner does not
`oppose the Motions. Paper 8, 1. Patent Owner has not opposed the
`Motions.
`The Board has reviewed the submissions and determined that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 have been met and there is good cause to
`admit Ms. Redmond pro hac vice.
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motions for admission pro hac vice of
`Megan J. Redmond are granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Redmond is authorized to represent
`Petitioner as back-up counsel only in the above-identified proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel for the above-identified
`proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Redmond shall comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide, as updated by the August 2018 Update,
`83 Federal Register 39,989 (Aug. 13, 2018), and the Board’s Rules of
`Practice for Trials as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code of Federal
`Regulations; and

`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Redmond shall be subject to the
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the Office’s
`Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101–11.901.
