`Notice is hereby given, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 90.3(a)(1) and Rule 4(a)(3) of

`the Federal Rules of Appellant Procedure, that Petitioners, Garmin International, Inc.
`
`and Garmin USA, Inc., appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal
`
`Circuit from the Final Written Decision entered on August 28, 2019 (Paper 25) (the
`
`“Final Written Decision”) by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Patent
`
`Trial and Appeal Board (the “Board”), and from all underlying orders, decisions,
`
`rulings, and opinions. A copy of the Final Written Decision is attached.
`
`Petitioner indicates that the issues on appeal include, but are not limited to,
`
`the Board’s ruling that claims 20-26, 29, 104-107, 110, 113-122, 126-128, 134-138,
`
`and 175 of U.S. Patent No. 6,059,576 are patentable, and any findings or
`
`determinations supporting or related to that ruling including, without limitation, the
`
`Board’s interpretation of the prior art and the supporting evidence of obviousness.
`
`Simultaneous with this submission, a copy of this Notice of Appeal is being
`
`filed electronically with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, this Notice
`
`of Appeal, along with the required docketing fee, are being filed with the Clerk’s
`
`Office for the U.S. Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit.
