`Petitioners respectfully request oral argument for the trial currently scheduled on June
`
`4, 2019. Petitioners note that oral argument for this proceeding is scheduled on the
`
`same date as the oral argument for IPR2018-00565, for which Petitioners are filing a
`
`similar request for oral argument. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioners request
`
`45 minutes of total time for both proceedings and specifies the following issues, without
`
`intent to waive consideration of any issue not requested, to be argued for this
`
`proceeding:
`
`I. Whether claims 20-26, 29, 104-107, 110, 113-116, 118, 121, 126-128,
`
`134-135 and 175 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over Stewart
`
`and Rush;
`
`II. Whether claims 119, 120, 122, 136, and 137 are unpatentable under 35
`
`U.S.C. § 103(a) over Stewart, Rush, and Conlan;
`
`III. Whether claim 117 is unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over Stewart,
`
`Rush, and Church;
`
`IV. Whether claims 20 and 138 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)

`over Richardson and Stewart; and
`
`V.
`
`The proper construction of the term “reflecting.”
