`and Architecture.” The publication information provided by ACM Digital Library

`indicates that APPL-1013 was published in the periodical ACM SIGMOBILE

`MOBILE COMPUTING AND COMMUNICATIONS REVIEW, vol. 2, issue 4, in October
`
`1998. I understand that ACM Digital Library is a commercial database carrying
`
`documents available to the public. ACM Digital Library is accessible to the public
`
`at the website https://dl.acm.org. Our library regularly relies upon the ACM Digital
`
`Library database for access to such public documents. I understand that APPL-

`1013 will be submitted in the inter partes review proceedings noted above.
