`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Scheduling Order dated June
`
`5, 2018 (Paper 8), Petitioner Cisco Systems, Inc., respectfully submits this Request
`
`for Oral Argument. The Board has scheduled the oral hearing for March 6, 2019.
`
`Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued:
`
` Whether Claims 1-4, 8, 11, 13 and 14 of the ’633 Patent are unpatentable
`
`as obvious over Hanson, alone, or in view of Hypponen.
`
` Whether Claim 12 of the ’633 Patent is unpatentable as obvious over
`
`Hanson in view of Hypponen and further in view of Touboul 98.
`
` Whether Patent Owner’s evidence should be excluded as raised in the
`
`Petitioner’s Motion to Exclude.
`
` Any issues identified in Patent Owners Request for Oral Argument.
`
` Any other issues the Board deems necessary for issuing a final written
`
`decision.
`

`Petitioner additionally request that the Board provide audio-visual
`
`equipment to display demonstrative exhibits, including a projector to be connected
`
`to a laptop, and an ELMO for displaying documents of record.
