`which was granted, and therefore has been joined as a petitioner in this proceeding.

`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioners request an oral hearing
`
`in this proceeding, as currently scheduled for April 11, 2019. See Scheduling
`
`Order, Paper 9. Petitioners also respectfully request i) thirty (30) minutes per side,
`
`ii) that the oral hearing take place at the Texas Regional Office in Dallas, Texas,
`
`and iii) the ability to use audio/visual equipment to display demonstrative exhibits.
`
`The issues to be argued include:
`
`1. The reasons to combine the references of the Jini-based combination and
`
`whether they qualify as prior art and disclose every element of the
`
`challenged claims.
`
`2. The reasons to combine the references of the Riggins-based combination
`
`and whether they disclose every element of the challenged claims.
`
`3. Other issues raised in papers filed in the present proceeding, including
`
`issues raised in any papers filed between today and the oral hearing.
