`During Friday’s conference call, Patent Owner would like to propose changes to the scheduling
`orders for these cases. The oral hearings for these cases are currently scheduled for January 28-29,
`2019. Patent owner would like to propose moving the oral hearings to February because its lead
`counsel, Joshua L. Goldberg, is also lead counsel in five other IPRs with oral hearings scheduled for
`January 29, namely IPR2017-02185, -02186, -02187, -02188, and IPR2018-00155. Petitioner does
`not oppose moving the oral hearings to February, and both parties are available on February 5, 6,
`11, 12, and 13.
