`Granting Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw and Substitute Counsel
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10

`1 This Decision addresses issues that are the same in the above-identified
`proceedings. We exercise our discretion to issue one Decision to be entered
`in each proceeding. The parties are not authorized to use this joint heading
`and filing style in their papers.

`On December 17, 2018, Petitioner filed a Motion for Withdrawal and
`Substitution of Counsel (Paper 26, “Mot.”)2 requesting authorization to
`withdraw Jonathan Harris as lead counsel and counsel of record, and Chad
`Landmon, Thomas Hedemann, and Alexander Alfano as back-up counsel
`and counsel of record in these proceedings. Mot. 1. Petitioner’s motion
`further requests that we substitute Steven Roth as lead counsel and Thomas
`J. Vetter as back-up counsel in the above-identified proceedings. Id.
`Petitioner represents that Patent Owner does not oppose the Motion. Id. at 2.
`The Motion is granted.
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to withdraw Jonathan Harris,
`Chad Landmon, Thomas Hedemann, and Alexander Alfano as counsel in
`each above-identified proceeding is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Messrs. Harris, Landmon, Hedemann,
`and Alfano are withdrawn from representing Petitioner in the above-
`identified proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Steven Roth is recognized as lead
`counsel for Petitioner and Thomas J. Vetter is recognized as back-up counsel
`for Petitioner in each above-identified proceeding, effective as of the date of
`this Order;
`FURTHER ORDERED that, within seven (7) business days of the
`date of this Order, Petitioner shall submit a Power of Attorney in each
`above-identified proceeding for Mr. Roth and Mr. Vetter in accordance with
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10(b); and
`
`

`similar Motion was filed in IPR2018-00293 (Paper 24).

`FURTHER ORDERED that, within seven (7) business days of the
`date of this Order, Petitioner shall file an updated mandatory notice in each
`above-identified proceeding in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(3),
`identifying Mr. Roth as lead counsel and the law firm with which he is
`associated, identifying Mr. Vetter as back-up counsel and the law firm with
`which Mr. Vetter is associated, and indicating withdrawal of Messrs. Harris,
`Landmon, Hedemann, and Alfano.
