`attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by deposition of Dr. James E. Polli. As

`agreed by the parties, Dr. Polli’s deposition will take place on Thursday, January

`17, commencing at 9:30 AM (local time) at the offices of Troutman Sanders, 875
`
`Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022. Counsel for Patent Owner has represented
`
`that Dr. Polli will appear at the date, time, and location indicated above.
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using audiotape,
`
`videotape, and/or stenographic means.
