`Patent Owner submits this paper on behalf of both parties to give the Board
`
`notice that the parties have stipulated to a change in the current schedule. The
`
`Scheduling Order permits the parties to “stipulate to different dates for DUE
`
`DATES 1 through 5 (earlier or later, but no later than DUE DATE 6)” and directs
`
`the parties to promptly file a notice of such stipulation “specifically identifying the
`
`changed due dates.” Paper 16, 2.
`
`The parties stipulate to the following change to the schedule:
`
` Due Date 1, which is currently set for October 9, 2018, is extended to
`October 23, 2018;
`
` Due Date 2, which is currently set for January 7, 2019, is extended to
`February 7, 2019;
`
` Due Date 3, which is currently set for February 7, 2019, is extended to
`February 18, 2019;
`
` Due Date 4, which is currently set for February 28, 2019, is extended
`to March 7, 2019; and
`
` Due Date 5, which his currently set for March 14, 2019, is extended to
`March 15, 2019.
`All other dates in the Scheduling Order remain unchanged.
