` claim construction, including for the “controlling” limitations;

` how the combination of Yun and Kikinis renders obvious claims 1-6 and
`
`9-14 of the ’671 Patent;
`
` how the combination of Yun, Kikinis, and Inoue renders obvious claims
`
`7 and 15 of the ’671 Patent;
`
` how the combination of Harris and Kikinis renders obvious claims 1-7
`
`and 9-15 of the ’671 Patent;
`
` Patent Owner’s claim construction, non-obviousness, and real party in
`
`interest arguments; and
`
` any responses to issues raised by the Board at the argument.

`Petitioner requests one hour of oral argument time for each side.
