`RE: Alacritech IPR schedule
`Wednesday, August 22, 2018 5:53:28 PM
`
`Sean,

`The Board expects the parties to initiate a conference call within one month from the date of
`institution of trial, July 6 in this case, to discuss the scheduling order. It is now over six weeks later
`and two weeks before Alacritech’s opposition is due. Alacritech is proposing a total revision of the
`schedule. The schedule below is unworkable. Alacritech has allowed itself an entire extra month and
`condensed the remainder of the schedule which is unfair and prejudicial to the Petitioner.  What is
`the basis for Alacritech’s request for additional time? We are available to meet and confer after 3
`pm central on Thursday or between 11:00 am – 1:00 pm central and 2:00 pm - 4 pm central on
`Friday.  Please let us know if one of those times will work.

`Thanks,

`Melissa
