`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner Paltalk Holdings, Inc. (“Patent

`Owner”), by and through its attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by
`
`deposition of Dr. Steve R. White regarding his declaration submitted in the above-
`
`identified proceeding. Dr. White’s cross-examination will take place as agreed by
`
`counsel for the parties, on July 24, 2018, and extending into July 25, 2018, if
`
`necessary, beginning at 9:00 AM (local time) on both days at the offices of Sidley
`
`Austin LLP, 1501 K Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20005. Counsel for both
`
`parties have agreed to conduct a single deposition addressing this proceeding and
`
`the other three related proceedings, IPR2018-00129, IPR2018-00130, and
`
`IPR2018-00132. Counsel for Petitioner has represented that Dr. White is willing
`
`to appear on the dates and at the location indicated above.
`
`The cross-examination will take place before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths at that location. The cross-examination will
`
`be recorded using stenographic, audio, and/or visual means.
`
