`I am counsel for petitioners in IPR2018-00090. I have copied lead and back up counsel for petitioners and for
`the presently-named patent owner, Blitzsafe.
`
`
`This Petition, and the references and grounds included in it, are substantively identical to those included in the
`Toyota Petition (IPR2016-00418) (the “Toyota IPR”), with which the following IPRs were joined: IPR2016-
`01533, IPR2016-01557, and IPR2016-01560. The sole exception is that Petitioners here adopted the claim
`constructions applied by the Board in the Toyota IPR and related IPRs. The Toyota IPR proceeded through final
`hearing and was ready for determination and preparation of the final written decision when it was terminated
`due to settlements reached.

`Petitioners request authorization to file a motion to expedite this IPR2018-00090 to final written determination
`based upon the complete, closed record from the Toyota IPR.
`
`
`The petitioners are available for a conference call, if necessary, any time during the week of October 23-27 or at
