`On May 3, 2018, the Board issued a Scheduling Order (Paper 16), and on June
`
`20, 2018, the Board issued an Order (Paper 21) revising that Scheduling Order. On
`
`August 24, 2018 and October 31, 2018, the parties filed Joint Stipulations to modify
`
`the scheduling order. See Papers 24 and 31.
`
`In order to allow Patent Owner to take the deposition of Petitioner’s expert
`
`who is currently outside of the country, Petitioner Unified Patents Inc. (“Petitioner”)
`
`and Patent Owner Universal Secure Registry, LLC (“Patent Owner”) have conferred
`
`and jointly agreed to modify certain deadlines in this proceedings. The parties have
`
`also agreed to allow Patent Owner to file a sur-reply in support of its Patent Owner
`
`Response that shall be limited to 5,600 words.
`
`Because the proposed modification included a requested modification to DUE
`
`DATE 6 (which required Board approval to modify), the parties contacted the Board
`
`via e-mail to seek authorization for the modifications to the schedule and permit the
`
`filing of Patent Owner’s sur-reply. The Board provided its authorization via e-mail
`
`on December 4, 2018. Accordingly, as authorized by the Board, the parties hereby
`
`stipulate to, and jointly request entry of, the following adjustments to the schedule:
