`On May 3, 2018, the Board issued a Scheduling Order (Paper 16), and on June
`
`
`
`20, 2018, the Board issued an Order (Paper 21) revising that Scheduling Order. On
`
`August 24, 2018, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation to modify certain deadlines
`
`under DUE DATE 1 and DUE DATE 2. See Paper 24.
`
`Petitioner Unified Patents Inc. (“Petitioner”) and Patent Owner Universal
`
`Secure Registry, LLC (“Patent Owner”) have conferred and jointly agreed to modify
`
`certain deadlines in this proceeding, including certain deadlines set forth in the June
`
`20, 2018 Order and the parties’ August 24, 2018 Joint Stipulation. Further, because
`
`the proposed modification included a requested modification to DUE DATE 6
`
`(which required Board approval to modify), including adjustments made to account
`
`for the holidays, the parties contacted the Board via e-mail regarding the
`
`modifications proposed herein to seek authorization to move DUE DATE 6 in the
`
`manner proposed below. The Board provided its authorization via e-mail on October
`
`31, 2018. Accordingly, as authorized by the Board, the parties hereby stipulate to,
`
`and jointly request entry of, the following adjustments to the schedule:
