`J am a member in good standing of the State Bars of Kansas and

`Missouri, as well as the bars of the United States District Courts for the District of

`Colorado, Western District of Missouri, the District of Kansas, and the Eastern

`District of Texas.

`or administrative body.

`I have never had an application for admission to practice before any

`I have an established familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this

`proceeding, including extensive knowledge of U.S. Patent No. 6,243,315 and the

`printed prior art submitted in the instant Petition.

`JI am a highly experienced patent litigation attorney, and have been

`involved in numerous patent
`
`litigations before the federal courts.
`
`I have
`
`represented clients in many patentlitigations regarding technology similar to the
`
`technology at issue in this IPR, relating to volatile memory devices. For example, I
`
`represented Garmin in Norman IP Holdings, LLC v. Lexmark International, Inc. et
`
`al., Case No. 6:11-cv-00495-LED (E.D. Texas), which included technology
`
`relating to a multi-port RAM device.
`
`10. As part of my representation of ASUS Computer International, Inc. in
`
`this and other matters, I have discussed the relevant technologies in depth with
`
`expert witnesses and engineers.
`

`I also participated in the drafting and revision of the Petition filed in
`
`this proceeding.
`
