`• That the combination of references relied upon by Petitioner, i.e., Kari, Darnell, Chan,

`and Todd, fails to render as obvious any of claims 16-19 and 21-22 of the '748 Patent;
`
`• Patent Owner's claim construction and non-obviousness arguments;
`
`• Whether Petitioner is the real-party-in-interest in this proceeding; and
`
`• Responses to any issues raised by the Board at oral argument.
`
`Patent Owner requests one hour of oral argument time for each side.
