`Public Access to the Final Written Decision
`37 C.F.R. § 42.5
`Initially, we limited access to our Final Written Decision (Paper 34) to
`the parties and the Board. As explained in Paper 35, we did so because the
`Decision included a citation to a paper that the parties had moved to seal.
`Paper 35, 1–2. As explained, however, we did not discern that the Final
`Written Decision disclosed any confidential information, but we provided
`each party the opportunity to move to redact the Decision if it believed
`

`otherwise. Id. Further, we informed the parties that, absent such a motion,
`we would make the entire Final Written Decision publicly accessible. Id. at
`2.

`No party filed a motion to redact any portion of the Final Written
`Decision. Accordingly, we now permit public access to the entire Final
`Written Decision.
`
`Accordingly, it is ORDERED that:
`The Final Written Decision (Paper 34) shall be made publicly
`accessible.
