`for the parties to discuss rescheduling the oral hearing originally set in this
`case for January 14, 2019, due to OPM’s announcement that federal offices
`in the Washington, D.C., area were closed. See
`https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/snow-dismissal-
`procedures/status-archives/19/1/13/Office-Closure_858/. During the
`conference call, the parties confirmed their availability for the proposed
`reschedule date of February 7, 2019, at 1 PM Eastern Standard Time.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that oral arguments will commence at 1:00 PM Eastern
