`Margaret Levine Young is the best—selling author (with various coauthors) of over
`two dozen books, including The internet For Dummies and Windows XP: The Complete
`Reference (with her brother, John Levine). She holds a BA. in computer science from

`Doug Muder has contributed to several books about computers and the Internet,

`papers in geometry and information theory and holds a PhD. in mathematics from
