`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10, Petitioner Google LLC (hereinafter,

`“Google”), respectfully seeks admission pro hac vice of Jeffrey M. Barron as
`
`additional backup counsel in this proceeding. Patent Owner Alex Is The Best,
`
`LLC (“AITB”) has confirmed that they do not oppose admission of Mr. Barron.
`
`In support of its motion regarding Jeffrey M. Barron, Google submits the
`
`following statements of fact:
`
`1. Mr. Barron is an experienced litigator, who has primarily worked on
`
`complex intellectual property matters for the last 18 years, including numerous
`
`patent litigation matters.
`
`2. Mr. Barron is familiar with the patent at issue, U.S. Patent No.
`
`8,134,600, and the documents of record in this proceeding. Accordingly, Mr.
`
`Barron is familiar with the subject matter at issue in this IPR.
`
`3.
`
`In support of this motion, Mr. Barron has executed a Declaration,
`
`Exhibit 1015, in accordance with the Order in IPR2013-00639, Paper 7.
`
`Accordingly, Google submits that good cause has been shown to admit
`
`Jeffrey M. Barron pro hac vice during this proceeding.
