`Petitioner, Ruiz Food Products Inc., hereby requests oral argument pursuant
`
`to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Scheduling Order issued on March 19, 2018 in this
`
`proceeding. Petitioner respectfully requests that the oral arguments be held at the
`
`USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.
`
`The Board has scheduled oral argument in IPR2017-02016, which involves
`
`the same parties, on the same day as oral arguments as this proceeding. Petitioner
`
`requests the hearings for these two proceedings, IPR2017-02016 and -02018, be
`
`consolidated and heard at the same time. Petitioner requests the Board permit sixty
`
`minutes per side to address all issues both proceedings. Petitioner expects that the
`
`following issues raised in this proceeding will be addressed during oral argument:
`
`• Whether claims 1-30 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over
`
`Enzmann (Ex. 1004);
`
`• Whether claims 5, 17, and 26 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103
`
`over Enzmann in view of King (Ex. 1005); and
`
`• Whether claims 11 and 16 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over
`
`Enzmann in view of Dhanani (Ex. 1006).
