`deadline for Nichia to submit its Preliminary Response to the Petition is extended
`
`to January 26, 2018, to allow the parties to negotiate and finalize a written
`
`settlement agreement. Because no inter partes review has yet been instituted, and
`
`Nichia’s Preliminary Response is not yet due, this extension will not affect any
