`JOINT CLAIM CONSTRUCTION CHART
`
`Pursuant to Paragraph 7 of the Scheduling Order (D.I. #21), as amended by the Text
`
`Order dated February 16, 2017, Plaintiff Nichia Corporation (“Nichia”) and Defendants TCL
`
`Multimedia Technology Holdings, Ltd. and TTE Technology, Inc. (together, “TCL”) hereby
`
`submit this joint claim construction chart for U.S. Patent Nos. 7,915,631; 7,901,959; 8,309,375;
`
`and 7,855,092.
`
`Attached as Exhibit A is a table containing the terms that one or more of the parties has
`
`identified as needing construction, along with the parties’ proposed construction of those terms,
`
`and citations to the intrinsic evidence in support of those constructions. Among the patents-in-
`
`suit, there are thirteen claim terms that are in dispute. Some of these terms appear in the claims
`
`of more than one of the patents-in-suit.
`
`In addition to the intrinsic evidence specifically identified in Exhibit A, the parties each
`
`reserves the right to rely on additional intrinsic evidence to the extent it is necessary to provide
`
`additional context or to rebut arguments made by the other party during the claim construction
`
`briefing. Each party further reserves the right to rely on any intrinsic evidence identified by the
`
`other party. The parties also reserve their rights to rely on extrinsic evidence, including, without
