`On August 28, 2018, one of the Patent Owners, Pozen Inc., filed Suggestions of Bankruptcy in
`IPR2018-00272 and IPR2017-01995. Paper Nos. 12 and 50, respectively. Patent Owner
`asserts that these filings effect a stay of each of these IPRs by statute. Petitioners request a
`conference call as soon as possible to address the impact of these filings on the procedural
`schedule in these cases, if any, and any orders or briefing that may be necessary in view of
`these filings. Petitioners note that a deposition is scheduled for this coming Friday, August 31
`in IPR2017-01995, and Petitioners’ Reply brief deadline is Friday, September 7, 2018.
