`Case IPR2017-01995
`Patent 9,220,698 B2
`
`On June 18, 2018, Petitioner Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“Mylan”) filed a
`
`Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Autumn N. Nero under 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.10(c). Paper 42 (“Motion”). The Motion is supported by the Declaration of
`Ms. Nero. Ex. 1050. Mylan represents that Patent Owner does not oppose this
`Motion. Paper 42, 1.
`The Board has reviewed the submissions and determined that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 have been met and there is good cause to admit
`Ms. Nero pro hac vice in the proceeding.
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Mylan’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Autumn N.
`Nero under 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c) is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that, within seven (7) business days of the date of
`this Order, Mylan must submit a Power of Attorney for Ms. Nero in accordance
`with 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(b);
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Nero is authorized to represent Mylan as
`back-up counsel only, and that Mylan is to continue to have a registered
`practitioner represent it as lead counsel;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Nero shall comply with the Office Patent
`Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in
`Part 42 of 37 C.F.R.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Nero shall be subject to the Office’s
`disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the Office’s Rules of
`Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101–11.901.
