`In an email dated December 21, 2017, the Board authorized Petitioner Sony
`
`Corporation (“Sony”) and Patent Owner ARRIS Enterprises LLC and Real Party-
`
`in-Interest ARRIS International plc (together “ARRIS”) to file the final settlement
`
`agreement and a joint motion to keep the final settlement agreement confidential in
`
`this IPR. As required by the Board, the parties are submitting a true copy of the
`
`final settlement agreement (Exhibit 1015) along with a joint request to file the
`
`final settlement agreement as business confidential information under 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.74(c). This settlement agreement resolves all underlying disputes between the
`
`parties, including this proceeding.
`
`Accordingly, the parties respectfully request termination of this Inter Partes
`
`Review for the reasons described in the parties’ Joint Motion to Terminate
`
`(Withdraw) Proceedings Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.74 filed on December 8, 2017.
