`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(1), FatPipe Networks Private

`Limited and FatPipe, Inc. are the real parties in interest in the above IPR petition.

`FatPipe Networks Private Limited is the owner of the entire interest in U.S.
`
`Patent No. 6,775,235 (“the ’235 Patent”). FatPipe, Inc. is the exclusive licensee of
`
`the ’235 Patent and has the sole and exclusive right and obligation to defend the
`
`’235 patent and to control the defense, including the sole and exclusive right to
`
`select and retain counsel to defend the ’235 patent. FatPipe Networks Private
`
`Limited consents to FatPipe, Inc.’s defense of the ’235 patent in PTAB Case
`
`IPR2017-01845.
