`I. INTRODUCTION
`Petitioner requested rehearing of the Board’s February 6, 2018,
`Decision on Institution (Paper 9), insofar as the institution decision declined
`to institute inter partes review of claim 3 of the ’747 patent. Paper 11.
`On May 2, 2018, in view of the Supreme Court’s decision in
`SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu, 2018 WL 1914661, at *10 (U.S. Apr. 24, 2018),
`we entered an Order modifying our institution decision to institute on all of
`the challenged claims on the ground presented in the Petition. Paper 16. In
`light of that order, we now dismiss Petitioner’s Request for Rehearing as
`moot.
`
`Accordingly, it is hereby
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Request for Rehearing (Paper 11) is
`dismissed as moot.
