`Joint Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 90). Having considered the Motion, the Court is of the

`opinion that the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED.

`It is therefore OR?DERED that all claims asserted in this suit (C.A. No. 2: ]6-cv-00772-

`JRG) are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that all attorney

`fees, costs, and expenses are to be borrie by the party that incurred them.
