`
`Claim 1 is pending. Claim 1 has been amended and new claims 23-31 have been added.
`
`Claim 1 stands rejected under statutory type double patenting (35 U.S.C. § 101) as
`
`claiming the same invention as that of claim 1 in the parent US Patent No. 6,624,761. Claim 1
`
`has been amended and is no longer coextensive in scope with claim 1 in US. Patent No.
`
`6,624,761. Accordingly, withdrawal of the rejection is requested.
`
`Early and favorable consideration by the Examiner is respectfully urged. Should the
`
`Examiner believe that a telephone or personal interview may facilitate resolution of any
`
