`
`Margaret Levine Young is the best-selling author (with various coauthors) of over
`two dozen books, including The Internet For Dummies and Windows XP: The Complete
`Reference (with her brother, John Levine). She holds a B.A. in computer science from
`Yale University and has two children. You can find out more at her web site,

`Doug Muder has contributed to several books about computers and the Internet,
`including Windows XP: The Complete Reference. He is the author of numerous research
`papers in geometry and information theory and holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from
