`Appellant Uniloc 2017 LLC (“Uniloc”) and Cross-Appellant Apple Inc.
`
`(“Apple”) have entered into a confidential settlement agreement. Pursuant to
`
`Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 42(b), Uniloc and Apple jointly move to
`
`voluntarily dismiss Apple as a party from Uniloc’s appeal (No. 19-2162) and to
`
`
`

`voluntarily dismiss Apple’s cross-appeal (No. 19-2160) based on the resolution of
`
`the parties’ respective claims against each other pertaining to the captioned matter.

`
`Intervenor Andrew Hirshfeld have informed counsel for Uniloc and Apple that
