`currently scheduled for September 24, 2018. Pursuant to C.F.R. § 42.70, Patent

`Owner specifies that the principal issues to be argued will include:

`Whether claims 1-25 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)

`Patent Owner requests the ability to use audio-visual equipment (including,

`but not limited to, a computer, projector, and a screen) to display possible

`demonstratives and exhibits (including PowerPoint slides). If this request for oral
`
`hearing is granted, Patent Owner will direct its requests for audio-visual equipment
`
`to Trials@uspto.gov.
`
`Patent Owner requests forty-five minutes to present its arguments in
`
`connection with IPR2017-01648. Patent Owner also informs the Board that it
`
`anticipates more than five individuals, including counsel, will attend the argument
`
`on its behalf.
