`The deposition, which was previously scheduled for May 16, 2018, has, by

`agreement of the parties, been rescheduled for May 24, 2018 beginning at 10:00

`A.M. EDT at the offices of Withers Bergman LLP, 1700 East Putnam Avenue,
`
`Suite 400, Greenwich, CT. The deposition will be videotaped and recorded by
`
`stenographic means by a court reporter licensed to administer oaths, arranged for
`
`by Patent Owner’s counsel pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(g). In accordance with

`37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and agreed upon the date, time,
