`In the Notice of Filing Date Accorded the Petition, the PTAB identified defects in the

`petition filing. With this response, the Petitioner is providing a revised petition including double

`spaced foot notes and exhibits listing the Petitioner’s name, exhibit number and page number in

`the lower right hand corner. No new matter was entered into the petition. A docketing error
`
`resulting in the petition being filed after the 5 day deadline.
`
`Petitioner requests the Board grant an extension of time and these changes be accepted to
`
`the petition and corresponding exhibits.
