`U.S. Patent No. 8,243,723 was asserted against Facebook in the civil action, Uniloc USA Inc.

`et al. v. Facebook, Inc., Case No. 2:16-cv-00723-JRG, and against WhatsApp in Uniloc USA Inc. et
`
`al. v. WhatsApp Inc., Case No. 2:16-cv-00645-JRG in the Eastern District of Texas, which were
`
`
`
`consolidated in Case No. 2-16-cv-00642. Uniloc also asserted four related patents, U.S. Patent Nos.
`
`7,535,890 (“’890 Patent”), 8,199,747 (“’747 Patent”), 8,724,622 (“’622 Patent”), and 8,995,433 (“’433

`Patent”), against Facebook and WhatsApp in those actions. The ’723 Patent is the subject of the
