`U.S. Patent No. 8,995,433 was asserted against Snap Inc. in the civil action, Uniloc USA Inc.

`et al. v. Snap Inc., Case No. 2:16-cv-00696-JRG in the Eastern District of Texas, which was

`subsequently consolidated in Case No. 2:16-cv-00992-JRG. Uniloc also asserted three related patents,

`U.S. Patent Nos. 7,535,890 (“’890 Patent”), 8,199,747 (“’747 Patent”), and 8,724,622 (“’622 Patent”),
