`On July 30, 2018, Patent Owner filed an “Unopposed Motion For
`Withdrawal Of Counsel” requesting that the Board withdraw Charlotte Jacobsen as
`counsel for Patent Owner in the above-captioned proceeding, because
`“Ms. Jacobsen is no longer at the law firm of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto,
`which represents Patent Owner Novartis in this matter.” Paper 50 (“Motion”).2
`Patent Owner indicates that Petitioners do not oppose the Motion. Id. Patent
`Owner continues to be represented by lead counsel and back-up counsel. See
`Paper 48.
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motion is granted, and Ms. Jacobsen is
`withdrawn as counsel for Patent Owner in this proceeding; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file an updated mandatory
`notice identifying current lead and back-up counsel in accordance with 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.8(b)(3) within five (5) business days.
