`Petitioner West-Ward Pharmaceuticals International Limited (“West-Ward”) initially filed its petition
`for IPR2018-00507 including a declaration by West-Ward’s expert, Dr. Daniel Chang Cho, along with
`a motion for joinder with instituted IPR2017-01592, filed by Petitioner Breckenridge. As stated in
`West-Ward’s motion for joinder, if West-Ward is able to retain Breckenridge’s expert, Dr. Pantuck,
`then West-Ward planned to rely on Dr. Pantuck and withdraw the expert declaration of Dr. Cho
`(IPR2018-00507, Paper No. 3 at p. 7).
`
`Dr. Pantuck has now agreed to assist West-Ward in IPR2018-00507 if it is instituted. We therefore
`write to advise the Board that, as indicated in West-Ward’s motion to join, West-Ward no longer
`plans to rely on Dr. Cho and will rely solely on Dr. Pantuck if IPR2018-00507 is instituted. West-Ward
`has also advised Patent Owner that West-Ward has retained Dr. Pantuck and will rely solely on Dr.
`Pantuck if IPR2018-00507 is instituted.
