`Counsel: No conference is necessary. Petitioners HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc. (“HTC”) and
`Patent Owner Cellular Communications Equipment LLC are authorized to file the motions to terminate
`reflected in their settlement agreement. They are reminded of their obligation under 35 U.S.C. 317 to
`file the settlement agreement and any collateral agreements (including any licensing agreements) in
`each of the cases. They should also include a statement that there are no other agreements, oral or
`written, between the them made in connection with, or in contemplation of, the termination of this
`proceeding as to HTC and Patent Owner, assuming such statement is correct. If the parties cannot make
`such statement, the other agreement(s) also should be filed under 37 C.F.R. 42.74(c).
`
`HTC and Patent Owner may also file requests to treat these agreements as confidential under 37 C.F.R.
`42.74(c). HTC and Patent may request the agreements be filed as “BOARD ONLY” or “BOARD and
`PARTIES ONLY,” as the case may be. The due date for filing the motions is Thursday, August 2, 2018. All
`parties are reminded, however, of the Board's one year deadline for mailing a final decision remains
`November 27, 2018.

`Petitioners HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc. (“HTC”) and Patent Owner Cellular Communications
`Equipment LLC have settled their disputes in the co-pending litigations and IPRs 2017-01508 and 2017-
`01509. As such, the parties request permission to file a Joint Motion to Terminate with Respect to the
`HTC Petitioners and a Request to Treat as Business Confidential Information and keep separate the fully
`executed settlement agreement.

`Petitioners ZTE Corporation and ZTE (USA), Inc. are not parties to this agreement would remain as
`Petitioners in both IPR2017-01508 and 2017-01509 and as a party to any co-pending litigations.

`To the extent the Board desires a conference call to discuss, the parties will make themselves available
`at the Board’s convenience.
