`IPR2017-01489: Petitioners’ Request for Oral Argument
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioners hereby provide this Request for
`
`Oral Hearing on all of the instituted grounds of review of U.S. Patent No.
`
`6,407,213 (the “’213 patent”).
`
`The Board has set July 16, 2018 as the date for Oral Hearing in this matter
`
`and in IPR2017-01488 (also relating to the ’213 patent). See IPR2017-01489,
`
`Paper 37 at 2; IPR2017-01488, Paper 39 at 2. Petitioners respectfully request 90
`
`minutes at the oral hearing to address the ’213 patent or, to the extent it is greater,
`
`the amount of time granted to Patent Owner.
`
`Specifically, but not by way of waiver of any unenumerated issues,
`
`Petitioners request oral hearing to address the following:
`
`1.
`
`The grounds on which the IPRs were instituted, including the issues
`
`and evidence raised in the parties’ briefing and supporting declarations and
`
`exhibits;
`
`2.
`
`Any issues specified by Patent Owner in any request(s) for oral
`
`argument;
`

`Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters;
`
`Any procedural and evidentiary issues raised by the parties;

`Any additional issue the parties raise or propose to raise at or before

`the oral argument; and
