`Apotex Technologies, Inc. (“Patent Owner”) and Petitioners Taro

`Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc., by and through their respective counsel, have

`stipulated as follows:

`On November 28, 2017, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued a
`
`Scheduling Order (Paper No. 8) in the Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No.
`
`7,049,328 (Case No. IPR2017-01446) setting forth the dates “for the parties to take
`
`action after institution of the proceeding.” Scheduling Order at 2.
`

`The Scheduling Order further states that “[t]he parties may stipulate
`
`different dates for DUE DATES 1 through 5 (earlier or later, but no later than DUE
`
`DATE 6).” Id.
`
