`petitioner in this proceeding. Wistron Corporation, who filed a Petition in Case

`IPR2018-00328, and Dell Inc., which filed a Petition in Case IPR2018-00372, have
`
`been joined as petitioners in this proceeding.

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(3) Petitioner, Cavium, LLC submits the
`
`following Second Updated Mandatory Notice reflecting a change in the corporate
`
`organization and name of the Petitioner in addition to the Updated Mandatory
`
`Notice filed on September 24, 2018.
`
`On September 24, 2018, Cavium, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, was
`
`converted to Cavium, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, due to
`
`Cavium, Inc.’s acquisition by Marvell Technology Group Ltd. As a result, the
`
`Petitioner is now named Cavium, LLC and Cavium, Inc. no longer exists.
`
`CONCLUSION
`
`Petitioner Cavium, LLC believes this submission fulfills the requirements of
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.8. If any additional information is required, please contact the
