`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Order Modifying Oral
`
`Argument Date (Paper 52) dated June 1, 2018, Patent Owner Alacritech, Inc.
`
`hereby respectfully requests oral argument in this proceeding.
`
`Patent Owner requests ninety (90) minutes per side for a combined oral
`
`argument for the issues presented in all seven cases involving the challenged patent
`
`(IPR2017-01391, IPR2017-01392, IPR2017-01393, IPR2017-01405, IPR2017-
`
`01406, IPR2017-01409, IPR2017-01410). Oral argument is currently scheduled for
`
`the same date, September 13, 2018, in all seven cases.
`
`The issues to be argued include whether challenged claims 1-24 are
`
`patentable, Patent Owner’s Contingent Motion to Amend, and any additional
`
`issues raised in a motion to exclude (if any), or any other motion or paper filed
`
`before oral argument.
`
`Patent Owner also respectfully requests that both a projector with a laptop
`
`connector and an Elmo be available for use at oral argument to display possible
`
`demonstratives and/or exhibits.
`
`Patent Owner reserves the right to address any arguments presented by
`
`Petitioner and any other issues about which the Board wishes to hear arguments
`
`during the oral hearing.
