`Granting Joint Motions for Entry of Protective Order

`In each above-identified case, Patent Owner filed a Joint Motion for
`
`Entry of Protective Order. IPR2017-01391, Paper 34; IPR2017-01392,
`
`Paper 38; IPR2017-01393, Paper 34; IPR2017-01405, Paper 36; IPR2017-
`
`01406, Paper 38; IPR2017-01409, Paper 36; IPR2017-01410, Paper 36
`
`(collectively “Motions”). The proposed Protective Order was filed with the
`
`Motions in each case as Exhibit 2400. Patent Owner avers Petitioner does
`
`not oppose the Motions. Motions 2.
`
`Petitioner states that the proposed Protective Order is based on the
`
`Default Protective Order (provided in the Office Trial Practice Guide)
`
`modified to add a level of protection of “outside Attorneys’ Eyes Only.” Id.
`
`The Board has reviewed the form of the proposed Protective Order (Ex.
`
`2400) and found the terms to be reasonable.
