`On September 6, 2017, Patent Owner filed a Patent Owner Preliminary
`
`Response (POPR). Patent Owner included with the POPR filing a motion to seal,
`
`along with a modified protective order (Exhibit 2030) and a redline version
`
`(Exhibit 2031). The redline version correctly reflects the parties’ agreed
`
`modifications; however, the executed version filed as Exhibit 2030 does not
`
`include all of the agreed upon changes.
`
`On September 7, 2017, the Patent Owner sought authorization to replace the
`
`existing modified protective order (Exhibit 2030), with the correct modified
`
`protective order (and labeled Exhibit 2030) which includes all of the changes
`
`agreed upon by the parties as reflected in the redline version (Exhibit 2031).
`
`Petitioner consents to this request.
`

`
`On September 11, 2017, the Board granted Patent Owner’s request and
`
`authorized Patent Owner to file the corrected Exhibit 2030 by close of business on
`
`September 11, 2017.
`
`The contents of the replacement copy of Exhibit 2030 herewith is the same
`
`as the original exhibit except as outlined above.
`
